ServiceMaster Complete of Athens-Clarke County is owned and operated by Luke and Kimberly Smith.  The company was established in November of 1999 and began operation in January of 2000.  ServiceMaster Complete is located at 1041 Business Blvd in Watkinsville, Georgia, and operates out of a 8500 square ft. climate controlled facility.  The building has nine indoor climate controlled storage units and two non-climate controlled units.  Portable storage units are also available for specialty jobs.  The facility is comprised of areas of office space, garment cleaning and restoration, and ozone rooms to better serve customers.  A fleet of vehicles stands ready to service customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Luke graduated from West Georgia College with a degree in Business Administration.  He took a position at Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance Company in 1994 as a Field Claims Representative.  Luke furthered his education while there by obtaining his Associate In Claims.  He was promoted to Senior Claims Representative prior to leaving the company to start ServiceMaster.  Kim graduated from University of Georgia with a degree in Early Childhood Education.

With over 15 years experience in the Insurance industry, Luke Smith and ServiceMaster Complete provide superior service to all their clients.  His background as a claims representative combined with his experience in the service industry provides a perspective that most do not have.  Luke and his team of dedicated technicians work hard to provide excellent customer service while working within the parameters set forth by insurance companies.  Luke holds numerous certifications including:  Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Certified Mold Remediator (CMR), Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE).  He is Large Loss Commercially Certified, (HST) – Health and Safety Technician, (CMI) – Certified Mold Inspector, (from Mold Inspection Consulting and Remediation Organization) and is a Certified Instructor in the State of Georgia for Continued Education. ServiceMaster Complete is an IICRC Certified Firm.
