I’m so happy with my new flooring and the dry repair, and painting. The house was cleaned from all the work that was done, I was very excited to go home and see it in better condition than when I left!😊Project Manager Frank Jose Penaloza was on top of everything. The day we met he told me if I had any questions or issues he was my guy and worked for me and gave me his contact information and his word that he would make me happy, and he delivered. Frank helped me pick out the perfect flooring, we loved it. Ana and her team made my house look new and beautiful!!! So happy with Paul Davis Restoration!!!❤️

We worked with Tannia Triana and Jose Penaloza on our bathroom renovation. With a small space, it was hard to imagine what was possible. Jose brought in Tannia to help paint a vision of how we could achieve a more open feel with a larger shower. We still wanted a tub and they gave us great advice on how to get everything we wanted. We are very happy with the results and the process was smooth.

I had a fire three months ago and I am already in my completely restored home thanks to Paul Davis and their amazing staff. From demolition to reconstruction to delivering my undamaged items back to my home, all of the staff members were professional, empathic and very knowledgable. PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION OF GWINNETT COUNTY & CHEROKEE CO sent Christian R and team to oversee and handle the remediation due to water damage. Christian and team came back for the final completion check for the remediation today after doing an excellent job removing damaged materials. They were efficient, extremely tidy, expert in providing all steps included in the process, and making sure we were thoroughly informed and completely satisfied.  It's obvious that they have extensive expertise and experience as well as take pride in their outstanding customer service.
