Jay Walsh is that rare person who actually cares about the customer. We had a complicated situation with water damage to a beloved collection of Monroe County artifacts. Jay went above and beyond what I had even asked of him because he felt so passionately about the project. When I checked in on progress, he always responded promptly. He is a genuinely kind person. This company is reputable and effective. When we had a minor disagreement over some details, it was handled with grace and understanding and civility. Do not hesitate to hire them. Thank you, Jay. ERS is incredible! The electronics restoration they offer is of very high quality and their professionalism and promptness exceeds expectations. I left them a voicemail on a Saturday evening, received a call on Monday morning asking to come check out the items, Jay Walsh came out the next day to look at them, and then someone picked everything up the next day after that. Our game consoles, TVs, and smart home devices all had soot in them from an apartment fire and ERS returned them good as new after 1 week of being in their care. I cannot recommend them enough. As for the negative reviews I'm seeing here, I don't believe these are meant for ERS. As far as I'm aware, they don't do flooring or plumbing.

I have never had such an a horrible experience with a company. I would never give a company a bad review if they made mistakes and tried to rectify them, but the way this company doubled down unapologetically was disturbing. It is September and ERS started repairs in on our kitchen in May and they still aren't completed. The work has been so disjointed. The painters came in and repaired the walls and painted. Then literally the plumbers showed up an hour later and cut the walls back open to install new pipes. The were supposed to install a gas line and never did, so they have to come back to cut the walls open again to install the gas line if they ever do. The cabinet company showed up before demo was completed and installed new cabinets then took my old cabinets and left them out in my front lawn for weeks. When I called to ask them to be moved out of my front lawn where they are sitting on top of plants my husband just planted they ignored my calls. Finally when I got my insurance company involved, they replied that the old cabinets aren't their responsibility although the project manager agreed to store the cabinets in our garage. My family has been living without a kitchen for 4 months thanks to the negligence and unprofessionalism of this company.

Prism has had my furniture and Industrial Serger since August 2022. They will not return my calls nor give updates on the status of my furniture nor return my furniture. I have gotten Servpro pack out service, the company that broke my furniture and retained Prism, to call/email Prism but to no avail. I have made several calls but cannot get my furniture returned or any response from Prism. This is the worse possible situation and leaves me with no option but to seek legal advise. I should have read the reviews rather than allowing Servpro to suggest Prism. This entire experience has been a never ending nightmare. Do not use Prism for your repairs.

Jay Walsh and team get a 5+ star rating. They have been professional, empathetic, patient and kind while my family and I still recover from displacement from our home due to lightning. They have cleaned and restored all electrical items that were salvageable and even when there have been a few issues, they willingly and professionally corrected the issue ASAP. I highly recommend ERS of Metro Atlanta.
