SWF provided incredible customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness, particularly when it came to dealing with my insurance company, one of the nation's largest insurers. My insurance company had initially refused to increase the amount of my claim after a company that they had selected had provided them an estimate which was different from what SWF had provided. Fortunately, SWF representatives armed me with crucial information that caused the insurance company to send another adjuster out to review my property. Ultimately, SWF's estimates were proven correct, and the insurance company agreed to increase the claim amount. I would recommend SWF to anyone seeking water damage or flooring services and will certainly use them again if such services are ever needed on my property. I am super grateful to SWF and their whole team for their speedy amazing quality service! I had a huge issue at my home with water damage, and this being the first time I had ever encountered such issue I felt so lost. I attempted another contractor and also speaking to my insurance company for weeks not getting anywhere, and I was so worried and unsure what to do. When I called SWF and spoke to Miranda it was already after hours, but she spoke to me and was super responsive and explained so much to me. The same day Miranda put us in contact with Pedro and he saw us at their store in JC. Pedro listened to us and explained everything we were possibly facing, how to handle insurance, and how the water remediation works. The next morning Pedro was at my door ready to get to work, because as he explained himself, time is of essence is these circumstances and mold is a big concern. The whole team at SWF company from first phone call to finished project was amazing! They not only saved my home but made it look amazing and helped me communicate with insurance. I can’t recommend SWF enough and will always go to them if I ever encounter another issue with water damage or flooring needs. Their price is amazing too! Pedro and his team did an awesome job taking care of the water damage I experienced. SWF installed new floors in February, 2018. When I notified them of possible water damage in November, 2020, Pedro came out and assessed the damage and we agreed on the best way of remediation. I am 100% satisfied with the results and will continue to call SWF for all of my flooring/water damage needs. Thank you Pedro and Miranda !!
